Search Reports-School Admin

School administrators can search and export reports from the School Admin Workspace.

1.  Open the reports tab at the side of the School Admin Workspace.

1.  Chose the desired filters:

        a.      Snapshot Time provides quick links to today, yesterday, last week, or last month.

b.      A date range can be entered to narrow report results.

c.      Entering the report number will return the specific report for which you are searching

d.      Specific Behaviors can be searched for in the Select Behavior drop-down.

e.      Status of a report can be selected for Open, New ODR, Resolved, Open ODR, or Resolved ODRs.

​This can be​ useful at year end to identify open reports to close.

f.      Additional filters include student race, staff race, or student grade level.

3.      Once filters are set, choose how you want to see the report results.
