School Admin Workspace                                                                                                                                                                   
The School Administrator Workspace provides the user visibility of reports that require their attention and a snapshot of the data on behavior reports for the school.

1.      ODRs that require action display in the first column

2.      Behavior Summary for all students in the school is displayed in the middle column showing status of reports. 

3.      The final column shows the number of ODRs per month. 

4.      The administrator can search for a staff member and view staff information. 

5.      Students can be searched across the school and access to the student profile can be attained. 

6.      The administrator can access his or her user profile.  The administrator user profile works as demonstrated in the teacher user profile.




7.     Administrators can access the Staff Dashboard

8.      Administrator Assistance Requested notifications are displayed here.

9.      CSO submitted reports are displayed for response.

10.      Bus driver submitted reports are displayed for response.

11.      Ad hoc reports can be generated and Exported in a CSV or Excel file format.

12.      Behavior Reports that have been flagged for correction are displayed.

13.      Help:  Links to a BLOOM Knowledge base or ability to submit a ticket for help.



14.    The OSS chart shows the Out of School suspensions per month.

15.      The Report Type chart displays the number of negative reports to positive reports.

16.      The Reports per Month chart shows the trend of negative reports as compared to previous years.
